Areas of Therapeutic Focus
We have a robust pipeline of investigational RNAi therapeutics which is focused on diseases with high unmet medical needs that fall into 4 Strategic Therapeutic Areas (STArs): genetic medicines, cardio-metabolic diseases, infectious diseases, and central nervous system (CNS) and ocular diseases.

Many regard the diseases we are working to treat – which either have no treatment options or the ones that exist are inadequate – as “undruggable.” We disagree on both counts.
